The Courthouse Gallery is an artist-run co-op. The purpose of the gallery is to provide a venue for member artists to exhibit and sell their work while offering the community an opportunity to experience all types of art.

- All art must meet the general standards; and standards set for that medium.
- All art must be the original, hand-produced work of the artist.
- The artist must share in the expenses of the gallery. This comes from the sale of the artist's work.
- Fees: one-time joining fee of $100 (payable on acceptance to the gallery), rental fee of $20 per month payable quarterly) and 20% of sales.
- All members must work in the gallery an equal number of hours.
- Members are expected to attend monthly meetings and the annual general meeting.
- Members are expected to attend special events, to become a board member and/or serve on a committee.
