In 2022, The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation partnered with Psych Hub to created the Hospitality Mental Health Ally to to provide education and training materials to support the mental health needs of industry workers. This new program will equip companies with the tools and resources needed to understand and address mental health. Managers who sign-up for the program are given free access to 10 different training modules. Upon completion of five modules, participants are receive their Mental Health Ally certificate and badge.
