KAI LABEL Associate Application
The KAI LABEL Sales Associate contributes to the overall success of KAI LABEL by responding to various inquiries including phone calls, in-person interaction and email, ensuring a timely resolution and providing the highest level of customer service. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 1) Provides onsite vendor support, i.e. setup/breakdown, process onsite orders 2) Sell KAI LABEL at various events/conferences 3) Inventory tracking 4) Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1) 1–3 years sales, customer/exhibitor service experience preferred 2) Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong customer service experience and willingness to interface with customers 3) Personal computer skills required; computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel 4) Familiar with social media platforms and the ability to create content to build brand awareness 5) Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and some holidays 6) Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to exercise independent judgment.
