- Miniature Quilt: Length plus width must be no more than 48 inches, the quilt should appear to be a small version of a full size quilt with components reduced in scale.

I understand and agree to abide by all conditions stated on the entry form and the accompanying instruction sheet. I agree to permit Vereins Quilt Guild to display my entry September 2-3, 2022 at the First United Methodist Church, Fredericksburg. I understand all reasonable care will be taken to protect my entry. I understand that no responsibility for loss or damage to my entry will be assumed by the Vereins Quilt Guild or the First United Methodist Church. Entries will not be accepted unless the ‘Release Statement Agreement” has been signed and dated.

QUILT PHOTOGRAPH
A color photographic file MUST accompany each entry form. Uploaded files will not be returned. File size may not exceed 25MB. Files in the following formats are accepted: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp, pdf, heic (apple).  Make sure to keep a photo for your records and/or for insurance purposes.

The submitted photograph may be of your quilt in-progress as long as it is sufficiently complete to show major design elements. If a photo is submitted of a work-in-progress, the photo and the quilt description must provide enough information to determine the quilt has been placed in the appropriate category. The Floor Planner will use the photo to place quilts in a pleasing arrangement at the quilt show.

If a photo upload is not possible or is unsuccessful, you may save your form without submitting using the "Save" button at the bottom of the form and request assistance by either emailing showentry@aagq.org or calling show entry coordinators for assistance. You will receive an email link from jotform.com that will allow you to resume and complete your submission later. Although a digital file is preferred, a color photo no smaller than 3" X 5" and no larger than 4" X 6" may be mailed to Doreen Cardenas, 2152 Amberstone, Fredericksburg, TX 78624.

Entry photos must be RECEIVED by July 16, 2022. Please allow ample time for postal delivery. Entries received after July 16, 2022 will NOT be accepted.
