We’re excited to be launching a refreshed Listing & Contract to Close (CTC) Packages! The refreshed packages have been developed by leveraging feedback from agents across all regions on what offerings are most valuable in saving you time so that you can focus less on paperwork and deadline tracking, and more time focused on growing your business.

CTC Services: In the event, that the requested CTC service is canceled, and the Transaction Coordinator has started processing your file, you shall be responsible for a cancellation fee. CTC cancellation pricing is as follows:

Basic packages: $75 | Premium packages: $100 | Dual agency: $150

Listing Services: The listing fee will be charged at the time of order and is nonrefundable.

Private Exclusive listing service offered at $50
Do you consent to Compass employees remotely accessing your individual Compass.com account view as needed to perform Contract-to-Close (CTC) and/or listing services on your behalf in connection with this order and any future CTC or listing service you may purchase? These services include Compass One task management, creating transaction files, updating contacts, and managing marketing center collateral. You may revoke your consent to remote access at any time by contacting transactions.missouri@compass.com. Opt-out requests are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt
