We welcome referrals to this service from professionals who are working with a child/young person in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex on the neurodevelopmental pathway (NDP).
The service aims to provide local parent carers with information and training, as well as signposting them to support networks that can help sustain them through the challenges these conditions (and commonly related diagnoses) bring to a family.
If the family are seeking information, advice and support on specific SEND education, health, or social care matters or about claiming DLA or PIP, please direct them to Amaze SENDIASS service.
Before you submit the form, please read the information below and the following link for further information on the NDP Family Navigation and Training page.
We aim to make initial contact with the parent carer within 10 working days of your submission, and our working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am-3pm.
