This form must be completed once for all horses in attendance.

A $40.00 Office Fee must paid once per horse upon registration.

A $10.00 NRHA Fee must be paid once per horse entering any NRHA class.

A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to entries received after July 24th.

Proof of ownership with all other NRHA required documents must be presented at the show office prior to competition.

By submitting this form I hereby release the Prince George Reining Horse Association and their volunteers or representatives from any loss or damage that may occur, and it shall be a condition of entry that each exhibitor shall hold the horse show management blameless of any loss or accident to his/her horse or horses’ equipment, any accident or injury that may happen to the rider/handler of any horse during the event. All owners and exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage incurred by them or their agents to barns or properties on the show grounds and will be billed accordingly. In consideration of my participation in the event known as the PGRHA Northern BC Ride N’ Slide, I hereby grant the PGRHA the right to record, broadcast and otherwise use, in any and all media my performance in the event, and use my name and my horses name, likeness, voice and biographical information in connection with the same.
