    Please fill out this form to allow us to verify that our records reflect the most up-to-date information about your troop. This ensures a smoother experience for you as a volunteer as well as for current and prospective members.

  • We encourage all troops accepting new members to be displayed in the Participation Catalog, which enables prospective members (and existing members who'd like to transfer) to search for troops and/or volunteer roles that meet their needs.

    Before making a decision regarding the Participation Catalog, please review the following information:

    • Troop options are displayed in the Catalog in such a way that makes it difficult to determine if a troop is exclusive to members affiliated with a specific school, church, or other organization.
    • Troops that have reached their maximum number of girls will still display in Troop Search results in the Participation Catalog as having adult spots available if the troop has unfilled volunteer roles (even if those roles are not marked for display in the Catalog), which allows adults to join the troop in any unfilled volunteer role
