PlayAbility will email monthly Plan Management statements to show what has been billed towards your child's NDIS Plan and the remaining balance left.
PlayAiblity will notify you if you have overspent the NDIS Funds or their has been no activity.
All Plan Management Services will be billed from your child's NDIS Plan. Plan Management funds have been included in their plan.
Complaints and Feedback: If you are not happy with any part of your service, you have the right to complain to us. We welcome any complaints or suggestions, because it helps us provide a better service. Your service will not be negatively affected by any complaint you raise and in fact we hope it will be improved.
