P9rasites Commission TOS

- Please be polite and respectful while speaking with me, as bad behaviour (including guilttripping) will lead to me cancelling your commission and refunding it if applicable

- Please use proper grammar and spelling to the best of your ability, i can only understand english

- Please provide a detailed reference sheet of your character as well as a detailed description of what you wish to be drawn. Lack of a reference might result in a cancellation of your commission.

 

-please note that due to my disability, commissions can be delayed and take longer than expected.

 

- As the artist, i retain full rights to advertise any and all commissions

- The commissioner can use their commission for:

  - Use the commission as a personal piece

  - Print it for personal use, NOT commercial use.

  - Claim the right to the character, not the drawing

  - My art is NOT to be used for NFT related things.

- Edits are NOT to be made by ANYONE other than myself on a piece that was deemed finished

- Never remove my signature or logo

- I am not obligated to keep any finished commission in my personal possession

 

- I accept paypal only

- All payments and quotes are in USD currency

- Payment must be made in full before your commission is started unless stated otherwise by myself

- I reserve the full right to cancel and refund your commission at any point

- You may NOT ask for a refund on your commission once payment has been sent and the commission has been started. I am a disabled fulltime artist and payments i recieve from commissions immediately go into everyday living such as groceries, bills, etc.

- Chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting and a beware of you posted on all of my socials
