  • Accommodation

  • We have room blocks set aside at two hotels in the area, and all attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations.

    When you reach out to one of the hotels below, tell them you will be attending the Children of Shingwauk Gathering to recieve the special room rate.

    • For larger groups (3+ travelling together), we recommend contacting the Quattro Hotel & Conference Centre (705-942-2500) by July 22nd, 2022.

    • For single or double occupancy, please reach out to the Water Tower Inn (1-888-461-7077) by July 20th, 2022.

     

    These room blocks at the special rate will be held only until the dates indicated above so please book your room immediately!

    If you are not able to book a room at one of the hotels above, please book yourself any accommodation in the region and keep your receipts for reimbursement.

  • Please note that the reimbursement type you have selected (air travel or "other") requires approval prior to the payment being issued. Filling out this form will start the approval process.
