Your eligibility depends on your having fulfilled the following requirements:

1. Initial Certification: During the past five years, 25 students have passed national or international programs, each program receiving a minimum of 14 more C's than A's.
2. Renewal Certification: Once initially certified, then submit yearly copies of 5 student report cards OR stubs that have passed National or International programs, each program receiving a minimum of 14 more C's than A's.
