Miss Spring Mountain Festival Pageants

Held at the Landes Art Center, Petersburg, WV

On Saturday, March 21, 2026

Pageant will start at 6:30 pm! Doors will open for Contestants and one Coach at 5:00 pm. Doors open to Public at 5:30 pm. There are no refunds of entry fees for Contestants who fail to check-in by 6:00 pm.

MISS SPRING MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL RULES

·         All applications shall be submitted via the Grant County Chamber of Commerce website = Miss SMF Pageant (https://grantwvchamber.com/miss-smf-pageant).  The required information for the on-line application is attached.  Payment shall be made via Paypal or credit card.

·         Full Contracts and Pageant day schedule available online at https://grantwvchamber.com/miss-smf-pageant

·         Contestants must be residents of the State of West Virginia.

·         There will be a Queen, 1st & 2nd runner-up in each division.

·         Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.  The Director reserves the right to disqualify a contestant, parent, or guest if deemed inappropriate.

·         By signing the contestant application, you hereby give the Grant County Chamber of Commerce permission to use your photograph for publicity, new articles, or other pageant purposes in print media, social media (facebook, twitter, and the like), and website purposes, unless you specify to the contrary.

·         Each contestant will receive one pass which will allow one person backstage to help with preparation.  Only females will be allowed in the dressing rooms.

·         All judges’ decisions are FINAL!!! 

This information will be used to introduce you on stage. The judges will also be provided a copy of this form.

Application Fee:  $125.00

1.  Completed entry form
2.  Contestant contract 
3.  Head and shoulders photograph (provide day of pageant - Miss SMF Queen)

Entry Fees are NON Refundable. The only instance where a entry fee will be reimbursed, if a Miss Contestant wins another WVAFF Title prior to our Pageant.
