When does my lunch subscription service begin?
Lunch Service will begin on the first day of school. Sign ups thereafter will begin the 1st of the month following your form submission.
What if I need to edit my subscription?
You can manage your subscription using the "Edit this subscription" button at the bottom of your confirmation email.
What happens to my subscription during school holidays?
In the event of a school closure on Monday, Monday’s selections will be moved to that Tuesday, ect. Subscriptions will automatically be paused during school holiday breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter Break, ect) and will resume when school is back in session. You don't need to do anything on your end.
What if my child is sick for an extended period or there’s an unexpected school closure?
In the event of any school closures or student absences due to Covid or any other reason, please let us know to pause your subscription as soon as possible. To pause your subscription, simply email us here: office@littleslunches.com.
What if I need to pause or cancel my subscription, but I've already been charged?
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. We require notice at least one week before your billing date in order to process any pause or cancellation in your service for any reason. You agree that you will not receive any refunds for months which have already been billed, even if you decide you no longer want the lunches for any reason. By signing up for our service you agree to these terms.
