Festival of Giving
This unique community service event held annually for Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland is designed to make an impact on communities by having girls/troops support agencies and the work they do to make our world a better place. If your Service Unit would like to participate, you should submit this form by August 31, 2022. You'll choose an agency/agencies that your unit would like to support, submit for council approval, then, make the connection with the agency, ask for a wish list, receive a flyer from council and promote the event to your troop/girls. If your unit does not intend to host a specific donation day, we ask that you encourage your troops to donate to a local food bank or spend an afternoon at an elder care facility.
