We have access to both local and national parts suppliers. You may choose how you wish to have parts supplied for your repair.

Local Suppliers: Our Local Supplies are typically able to get parts faster, without additional costs. Usually the same day or next day. The pricing from them is typically higher than our Nationl Suppliers.

National Suppliers: typically offer lower-cost parts, without expidited shipping, they typically take 3-5 business days to arrive.

Customer provided: Customers may obtain and provide parts. Please beaware that our warranty does NOT extend to customer provided parts. If a customer provided part fails, the customer is responsbile for all warranty claims through the manufacture and is responsible for any additionally labor needed to complete the repair again.

Services with customer provided parts are not covered by our warranty

When our mechanics come to your location to diagnose your vehicle, we charge a standard call-out fee. This fee currently is $80.00.

Mileage is charged for locations which are more than 10 miles from Grand Rapids, MI (zip code: 49503), at a current rate of $0.35 per mile. Mileage is calculated as port-to-port (meaning round trip).

This fee covers basic diagnostics. If your particular issue is discovered to need more in-depth diagnosis additional costs will be discussed at that time and you will be provided with an estimate for the cost of diagnosis. If you delcine having further diagnosis done, the standard call-out fee and mileage (if applicable) are due at that time.
