          Whole or Half-Hog Pre-OrdersINPUT QTY TO VIEW DEPOSIT PRICE! Pre-order your half- or whole hog. Customize your order to get the cuts and smoking just how you like it, or select our standard cut. Standard includes bone-in chops, collar steaks, 4-6 butt/shoulder roasts, smoked bacon, 1-2 fresh, 10-lb skin-on hams, spare ribs, hocks, leaf lard, and a variety of sausage. Orders are ready through September-November. Since price is based on hanging weight, we won't be able to tell you your final amount until the meat is ready in the fall. Typical weight is 170-250lbs. Price shown is the deposit to secure your order and help feed our animals as they grow and process your order.           Cut Collection Cut boxes are perfect for couples, smaller families or the occasional pork eater. We offer a variety of cuts in each box, with two main options: 1) with ham (no roast) 2) with a shoulder roast (no ham) that gives you a little more sausage than the ham box. Add 2 whole chickens to any box for an extra $50. Deposit for any Cut Collection: $100 Cut Collections (pork only): $375 Cut Collection + Chicken: $425

          Whole ChickenWhole chicken Pre-Order. $8/lb with an average weight of 3-4lbs. Pasture Raised, Organically Fed. Access to fresh ground all day and night. Only kept in house outside during nights to keep away predators. Juicy, delicious, small batch. Ready for pick-up in Late-July. No deposit required.
