  • 1) The cat will the live in a private residence as a companion animal./El gato vivirá en una residencia privada como animal de compañía.*
  • 2) I agree to provide the cat with sufficient quantities of nutritious food and fresh water each day./ Me comprometo a proporcionar al gato cantidades suficientes de comida nutritiva y agua fresca cada día.*
  • 3) I agree to provide the cat with a stimulating environment like toys and scratchers/ Me comprometo a proporcionar al gato un entorno estimulante, como juguetes y rascadores.*
  • 4) I agree to never to strike, punish, harm, or to have the cat declawed (declawing is an inhumane process that leaves the cat defenseless). Please see us for advice on behavioral issues./ Me comprometo a no golpear, castigar, hacer daño ni a que le quiten las uñas al gato (la eliminación de las uñas es un proceso inhumano que deja al gato indefenso). Consúltenos si necesita asesoramiento sobre problemas de comportamiento.*
  • 5) I agree to ensure the cat’s vaccinations for rabies and distemper are current and to provide veterinary care upon sickness, disease or injury./ Me comprometo a garantizar que las vacunas contra la rabia y el moquillo del gato estén al día y a proporcionar atención veterinaria en caso de enfermedad, dolencia o lesión*
  • 6) I agree to give SoBe Cats visitation rights to ensure that the terms of this adoption agreements are being observed - this may be done virtually./ Estoy de acuerdo en conceder a SoBe Cats derechos de visita para asegurar que se cumplen los términos de este acuerdo de adopción - esto puede hacerse virtualmente.*
  • 7) I agree to NEVER rehome the cat. If the cat must be relinquished for any reason, he/she must NOT turn the cat over to a humane society, shelter or person, but MUST return the cat to the Adoptee - SoBe Cats, Inc. email: info@sobecats.org/ Me comprometo a NUNCA realojar al gato.   • 8) I agree to take the cat to my veterinarian for an check up within the first two weeks of accepting ownership./ Me comprometo a llevar al gato a mi veterinario para un chequeo en las dos primeras semanas de aceptar la propiedad.

  • I understand that failure to perform the foregoing agreement will constitute a breach of contract. In the event of such a breach of contract, I authorize SoBe Cats Spay & Neuter, Inc. to reclaim possession of the adopted cat. By typing/signing my name in the box, I agree that I have read, understand and accept all terms of the Adoption Contract.

    Entiendo que el incumplimiento del acuerdo anterior constituirá un incumplimiento de contrato. En caso de tal incumplimiento de contrato, autorizo a SoBe Cats Spay & Neuter, Inc. a reclamar la posesión del gato adoptado. Al escribir/firmar con mi nombre en la casilla, acepto que he leído, entiendo y acepto todos los términos del Contrato de Adopción.
