Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- If you register for a shared room and do not have a designated roommate, we will attempt to find a roommate for you. If we are unable to find a roommate one-month prior to the retreat, single room rates will apply.
- Deposit of $500 per person required upon registration
- Full Payment must be received no later than August 31, 2026
- Cancellation before July 31, 2026 – Full Refund minus $50.00 service fee
- Cancellation after July 31, 2026 - No Refund will be provided but registration may be transferred to another person.
