Bartercard Membership

Membership:
$995 (plus GST) joining fee

Continuing Service Fees:
Monthly Service Fee: $49 cash (plus GST) and $10 Trade Dollars (plus GST) and Debt Reserve Fund Levy of $10 Trade Dollars (GST free)

Bartercard Application Agreement
Bartercard Exchange Ltd ACN 071 604 012 (“Bartercard”) and Bartercard Digital Australia Pty Ltd ACN 665 448 984 (“THE MANAGER”) and Entity Name* ABN ABN*("MEMBER").

Overdue Fees or other monies:

Transaction Service Fee: Six point five percent (6.5% ) cash (plus GST) and one percent (1.0%) (plus GST) Trade Dollars on all transactions (purchases and sales)
Overdue Fees: Members who do not transact Trade Sales During any month equivalent to six per cent (6%) of their Trade Debit balance, will be charged a fee of one percent (1%) per month on the opening balance or the closing balance which ever is the lesser amount. Members who do not pay their accounts within (7) days will be charged a late fee in cash of $25.00.

I APPLY (on behalf of member) for one redeemable preference share in Bartercard, carrying with it the right to participate as a member in the Trading Program operated by Bartercard under management by THE MANAGER under a Deed of Management and ACKNOWLEDGE that I have read THE MANAGER’s Privacy Policy, the Rules of the Trading Program and this Application Form & Membership Agreement (“the documents”) and I and all my additional cardholders AGREE upon acceptance of this Application by Bartercard and/or THE MANAGER, to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the Constitution of Bartercard and the documents which shall be deemed to constitute the contract between myself, Bartercard and THE MANAGER and I have had the opportunity to inspect at Bartercard’s registered office, the Constitution of Bartercard and Deed of Management, and I have had the opportunity to obtain professional advice as I consider necessary as to the contents of these documents and the rights, obligations and liabilities of members of the Trading Program. I understand that neither Bartercard nor THE MANAGER guarantee Bartercard’s and/or THE MANAGER’s performance, the volume of trading nor the profits I can generate as a member.
