Mandatory Hair PrepWe pride ourselves on guaranteeing our work from start to finish. Please acknowledge it is mandatory for us to shampoo, treat, and blow dry your hair before your service. A steam and deep conditioning treatment is standard however a protein or reconstruction treatment may be used if needed. We have a shampoo system that provides a clarifying detox and focuses on hair growth but if you have particular products you would like your hair shampooed or treated in please bring them with you! Hair prep is NOT included in braid time. Please plan for 1-2 hours for prep depending on the treatments necessary.
