To create a facility to raise funds for small projects to enhance the golf club.
I 1Name Here* being a member of Teignmouth Golf Club wish to apply for (Number)* entries, charged at £60 each, in the club's One Hundred Club draw. I have read and understood the One Hundred Club's constitution and terms and reference.
If you join mid-term you will be charged a pro-rata rate i.e. 8 months will be £40.00 - £5.00 per draw.
