GALA DINNER TICKETS must be purchased by October 16, 2025. No tickets will be sold after this date, and space is limited.

CANCELLATION POLICY*

Section 1	This section is for individuals who are NOT members of the Transcultural Nursing Society and do not wish to add a membership for the same cost.
Section 2	This section is for the Transcultural Nursing Society members or those joining today to receive the member registration rate. To add a membership, please go to Section 2 for registration and Section 3 to add a membership. The cost is the same for a non-member or for adding a membership and paying the member conference fee.
Section 3	NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE: Will be available after June 1, 2025. Select this section if you are claiming the presenter deposit credit you paid previously and completing your full conference registration ON or BEFORE September 1, 2025. The deposit is non-refundable and is due by August 1, 2025. To complete the acceptance process, you must pay the remaining balance of your registration on or BEFORE September 1, 2025. If you complete the full conference registration and have not previously paid the USD 100.00 deposit, USD 100.00 of your registration payment will be held as the presenter deposit. Only the individual who pays the deposit can claim the deposit. Each presenter listed on a presentation must pay the USD 100.00 fee as part of their registration costs.
Section 4	This section allows you to select a new or renewed membership to the Transcultural Nursing Society.
Section 5	This section allows you to select tickets for the Gala Dinner or spouse/companion tickets for the welcome reception, Gala Dinner, and breakfasts.
Section 6	NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE: Will be available after June 1, 2025. This section allows you to pay the presenter deposit fee of USD 100.00. By selecting this option, you agree that the deposit is non-refundable and that you will complete the full registration by September 15, 2025.

All student registrations require proof of full-time student status. Valid proof must contain your name, a current term date, and the institution where you are registered.
Full Conference registration includes the welcome reception and breakfast each day.
Gala Dinner Tickets are not included with the conference registration fee. You must be registered for the conference to attend, and spouses or companions must attend with an individual registered for the conference.
Spouses or companions attending the welcome reception or breakfast require an additional fee for attendance.
