Termination

A 30 day notice before your next scheduled payment is required to cancel a monthly membership plan. No refunds will be issued after monthly membership due has been charged. 

Any Unsed Credit

You can use your monthly credit to apply it to an advanced service including: Microneedling, Chemical Peels or DMK Enzyme Therapy. But any unused credit will not roll over into the next month.

Monthly Membership Dues

Membership dues will be automatically charged to member’s bank account/credit card on the 1st day of every month.

Release and Waiver of Liability
