A brief description of the positions we have available:

• Ninja Officers: They rely on the management of internal communicaiton of the Ninjas (tutors), external communications such as digital marketing, serving as figure heads for Excel Lassonde and bringing up concerns within team meetings.
• Web Developer: They are responsible for coding and upkeeping the website, user database and booking system in place for students to book tutoring sessions online. This year we will be revamping our website, so its a cool opportunity to learn and work with a full-stack web app!
• Social Media Executive: A social media executive would focus on managing the social media channels and creating the illustration, posters& artwork for any communications of the Excel Lassonde. 
• Financial Executive: This position plays a key role in gathering information and simple statistical implications from collected user data to generate financial reports for the Lassonde faculty such that Ninjas may receive monetary rewards. They also keep track of club expenses.
• Event Executive: Their main responsibility entails brainstorming and managing ideas for additional events that are academically/research-related for students. They can also innovate ways to further improve the quality of our service.
  
  Please note that during the year, you will have the opportunity to wear different hats and help out/learn whenever you would like. However, we set up a structure such that you can select what your primary responsibiliy could be.
