By submitting this rental information request you agree:
1) The information provided herein is complete and accurate. Providing incomplete and/or false information could result in the rejection of the request or application.
2) Submission of this info request does not guarantee a lease, which is reserved only upon signing and completing an application and then if approved, completed lease agreement by all parties along with paid first month and deposit. Additionally, no other agreements, either written or oral, are binding on applicant, owner or owner's agents until the lease agreement is signed by all parties and payment is received.
3) This is an INFORMATION REQUEST ONLY, we normally ONLY RESPOND if we have something available that meets your request. For example, if your looking for a 2 bedroom and we only have a 1 bedroom available you most likely won't receive a response as a 1 bedroom wouldn't work for you.
4) We do accept housing assistance clients. If you have housing assistance you must take a picture of the RTA or housing asstance paperwork for this form to be considered.
5) We do NOT hold properties for anyone, until the application and lease is completed and full payment is received.
6) If property accepts pets, there is a $400 one time pet fee + $25 monthly fee. ONLY ONE PET Cat or Dog (up to 20 lbs). NO EXCEPTIONS. If pets are accepted a separate pet agreement is required.
7) If we have a property that meets your needs, you must complete an application and the application fee is $100.00 as we use a 3rd party for all applications.
