Before filling in the application form, please be aware of the following points:

1 – Failure to provide any requested documentation as part of this application may result in the application being rejected. This includes risk assessments which must demonstrate an understanding of site specific risks.

2 – All trade stand exhibitors are responsible for the security of both their exhibits and their stock for the entire duration that they are on site. VisitBlackpool are not responsible for any damage caused by any third party.

3 – Parking is not permitted on site and must be organised at the applicant’s expense. This includes any stock vehicles.

4 – Exhibitors will be given strict access and trading hours. Failure to comply with these timings may result in the exhibitor being asked to leave site

5 – All exhibitors must read and agree to the VisitBlackpool trade rules and regulations terms and conditions

Sizes requested must include all infrastructure, generators, valid support vehicles and must be adhered to on the days of event.

Access to site will be TBC. You will be given a precise time to access nearer the time. A trade space will be allocated on arrival.

Show displays will be confirmed soon, trading hours are: 11:00-18:00hrs on Saturday and Sunday.

Applying does not guarantee a trade stand place.
