This award celebrates volunteers whose time and dedication are invaluable to the community, whether in a gymnastics role or other position. You can also nominate non-members for this award.
Please note, if your nominee is a judge, club official or technical committee member, please nominate in the official of the year category.
All nominations must be based on activity between 1 September 2025 and 31 August 2026.
We want to hear what makes your nominee stand out from the crowd with relevant examples. Tell us about their qualities and how much they are valued in their voluntary role(s). For example:
- shows a commitment to volunteering within a gymnastics environment
- gains experience in a variety of different roles
- contributes to the running of the club or events
- goes above and beyond their usual volunteer role which makes them stand out
- demonstrates the gymnastics values of inclusive, supportive and aspirational
- makes a significant contribution to gymnastics club, its members and/or wider gymnastics community
- has a positive and encouraging attitude which inspires and impacts positively on others
