Dallas Elite Athletics Waiver/Release Policy

I hereby authorize the directors of Dallas Elite Athletics to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and I hereby release the camp, coaches, and facilities from any and all liability for any injuries or illness incurred while at DEA. I fully understand the cancellation policy described on DEA’s website.
