Winner must be able to pick up the tickets in person at our store location 8432 Bird Road in Miami,FL and must sign terms and conditions. Drivers license and ID is required to verify age and winner identity.
We will not replace any lost or damaged tickets. There are no duplicates.
Tickets are NON-transferable. Winner cannot sell, trade, or gift the tickets. Winner will win 2 tickets, one for themselves and one for their guest.
Tickets will not be mailed or delivered. Tickets must be picked up by the winner, within 48 hours after being announced. If the winner does not pick up the tickets in person within 48 hours of winning, the winner will be voided and the tickets will be entered back in the draw for a new winner.
Transportation is NOT included. Winner is responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses. (Winner will receive 2 tickets to the concert, tickets grant entry to the event only) food, drinks, gratuities and all other ancillary costs are not included.
All participants must follow the methods of entry during the giveaway period to enter the giveaway. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry and the Promoter has no obligation to inform the entrant if their entry is invalid.
*Participants submitting an entry via instagram, must have a valid, public Instagram account. Only publicly viewable Instagram accounts that have followed entry rules during the giveaway period will be considered valid entries.
*Each in-store purchase and online order made during the giveaway period will qualify to receive 1 entry to the giveaway ONLY if you submit your receipt or order confirmation via this page.
The Promoter (Despojitos and its affiliates) accepts no responsibility for any late or ineligible entries, or any entries not received for whatsoever reason.
The prize will be awarded to the valid entrant(s) drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize draw details. In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible, unwilling or unable to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, the promoter will then continue this process until the prize is awarded.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Prize winners, and to dismiss any entry that is misleading or fraudulent, or if it is suspected that an entrant has manipulated the entry process via using multiple or fake accounts, editing of any receipt or confirmation or any other method that the Promoter deems to be unscrupulous.
