Social Media Giveaway SponsorPromote your business on Instagram, gaining massive local exposure through a giveaway partnership that will boost your following with local individuals. Also included in this sponsorship: Provide up to 500 flyers, coupons, or business cards to be included in the first 500 shopping bags given out at the sale. Deadline to join this advertisement opportunity is August 31.

Shopping Bag SponsorPromote your business by getting your contact information into the hands of our first 500 shoppers. Include a business card, an exclusive coupon, deal, giveaway item, etc. that will be included in the first 500 shopping bags that customers receive. Items to be included in shopping bags must be received by Sept 22 or they cannot be included in the bags.

Only one vendor/sponsor per business is allowed (i.e. Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, etc). We do allow similar businesses (i.e. multiple crafting, make-up, food, etc).Fees are due upon receipt of this form. We cannot hold your spot without payment. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.Booth sharing is not allowed. Vendors must only sell the items that they have indicated in the "description of business" section. Only ONE business per vendor booth.We cannot reserve locations for your booth. These will be pre-assigned on a first paid, first served basis.You and 1 guest will be able to shop the pre-sale Wed, Sept 24 at 1:00pm. You may not shop and/or hold items before 1:00pm. You and 1 guest will be able to shop the 1/2 off presale Fri, Sept 26 at 5:00pm. You may not shop and/or hold items for the 50% off presale before 5:00pm.Please, no children or animals at any time during the sale (except nursing infants) in your booth.You are responsible for your own food, drinks, etc.You are solely responsible for setting up and breaking down your booth.You are solely responsible for the manning and operation of your booth and all items in your booth. JBF is not responsible for the safety of the sponsors or vendors against theft, fire, robbery, accident, or for any other destructive cause or for any injury that may arise to the public in their booth, or to the sponsors or vendors or to their employees while at the sale or in route to the sale.JBF is responsible for all JBF consignors' merchandise, therefore all items need to be purchased every evening before closing and are NOT allowed to be stored under vendor tables until AFTER purchase. JBF Texoma reserves the right to check under vendor tables for items that have not been purchased.JBF Texoma does not provide insurance for vendor participants.JBF Texoma will not be held liable for any damage or expense incurred by Vendors in the event the sale is delayed, interrupted, canceled or not held as scheduled for any reason beyond the control of JBF Texoma.You agree to hold harmless JBF, its owners, participants, team members, and sponsoring organizations from any personal injury resulting from participation in the JBF consignment sale from whatever cause either seen or unseen.You agree that JBF, its owners, participants, team members, and sponsoring organizations are not responsible for your success or sales resulting from the JBF Sale. You understand your salesmanship after the sale is a representation of your relationship with Just Between Friends.
