Professional Website Design Agreement

Our website design services are intended for those who are focused and intent on getting their website up and running within 60 days.

     * 20 days for you to prepare your content (see list below)

     * 30 days (3-page) or 45 days (5 page) for us to complete your professional web design

Not everyone has what is needed to get started due to lack of time, understanding of their ministry's mission or purpose or resources like copywriting or images.

If you are not ready or don't think you can be within the 20 day requirement please do not complete this order... come back when you have your website assets in place. 

What you will need:

    * Minimum of 5 - Photographs, images
    * Mission statement
    * List of services you will be offering
    * Description of ministry and / or history (story)
    * About you page information
    * Any other copy that is important for your audience to know
    * Ministry email, address, phone number for public use
    * Social media links
    * Donation page information and payment links

The website design services being purchased will be what is considered a "Simple Design" website. 

It will provide a professional online presence that presents the mission of the nonprofit ministry, services being offered and the option to receive donations.

The website will be built on ViViBuilder, a subsidiary of Destiny 508. Monthly hosting fees will be based on the website components and requirements of the Client. Monthly hosting fees can be found on https://vivibuilder.com/pricing

The information shared in this document will be used to direct our Website Design Staff to build a beautiful website that contains the information that YOU provide.

The website build being purchased includes the following components and timeline.

* 3 Blog Pages with Keyword SEO 

* Simple SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

* Letterhead Design

* Email Signature Desing

* Social Media Banner and Profile Image for 1 Platform

 

Design Deluxe Package

* Completion in 45 Days

* Pre-built Template

* Brand Consulting

* Total of Three (5) visitor facing pages - funnels, store and email options

* Professional Logo Design

* Google Analytics and Google Console integration

* Social media integration (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In)

* Branding of fonts and colors across the entire website

* 3 Blog Pages with Keyword SEO 

* Simple SEO (Search Engine Optimization) including Keyword Search

* Letterhead Design

* Email Signature Desing

* Social Media Banner and Profile Image for 3 Platform

* Instagram "grid' design for better social media presence with 9 blocks designs

* Hashtag research and social media management goal for 1 month/1 platform 

 

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: 

* Provide photographs, images, links (within 10 days)

* Provide copy for pages (within 20 days - copywriting services available at an extra cost)

* Be available for design meetings with the Web Designer

* Embrace the goal of completion in 30-45 days once assets received (Project designs begins once the photographs and copy have been received) 

* Setup payment solution for integration (ie. PayPal, Stripe, Donorbox etc.)

* Provide Domain Name (Namecheap.com is a great place to get one!)

* Register for the Monthly Subscription to ViViBuilder after 2 week Trial Period (price based on website size) 

Changes

Any changes outside the scope of this agreement will be billed at $100/hour. When changes outside the scope of this agreement are requested, the client will be sent an email outlining the specific changes and associated costs, and must approve these changes and associated costs via email before any additional work is performed.
