This invitation is to all citizens, at home and abroad, to indicate their willingness to serve on the Board of Directors of various government entities.
Residency and prior service as a Board Member or Senior Manager are not a prerequisite for being considered as a potential Director. If you reside abroad, you will need to ensure that you have access to technology that allows you to effectively participate in collaborations and decision-making.
Please note that the government of Grenada is committed to training, investing in, and developing young persons to become able and competent Directors.
Should you be selected to be a Director you are committing to:
i. becoming duly qualified as an Accredited Director within a year of appointment, at the expense of the Board to which you are appointed, if you are not yet an Accredited Director
ii. engaging in ongoing professional development, at the expense of the Board to which you are appointed.
iii. abiding by the code of professional conduct that will govern all directors serving on Boards of government entities.
