Hello! Please use this form to indicate the quantity of adult diapers you or your organisation requires this month. To receive your delivery by the end of each month, please place your order before the 12th of every month. Save this link!
Following our recent restructuring, we regret to inform that individual applications and walk-in requests are no longer being accepted.

Please self-collect at 2A Lor Lew Lian, Singapore 532002 on 23 May 2026, 11am to 12pm.

For client who is self collecting, please remind them to bring their Blue CHAS card + NRIC (beneficiary) at the point of collection for verification purposes.
