Thank you for your interest in a hair transformation with me. Before booking your consultation, please carefully review the following guidelines and policies. To proceed with scheduling your consultation, your signature is required to confirm your agreement and understanding. This will help avoid any misunderstandings.

In order to book a HAIR EXTENSIONS INSTALL there is a $600 NON REFUNDABLE APPOINTMENT RETAINER. *This appointment retainer goes towards the full cost of the appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of service.

The install appointment includes:
- Ethically sourced handtied hair extensions
- Custom coloring of hair extensions
- Full color treatment process to your natural hair
- Detox shampoo and head massage at sink
- Moisturizing hair mask
- Removing split ends on your natural hair
- Entire process of installing the hair extensions
- Haircut to your natural hair and extensions in order to create a seamless blend
- Signature waves styling using bionic heat technology hot tools
- Home care kit

Installation Estimates -
One Row of Customized Hair Extensions ranges from: 1350-1500
Two Rows of Customized Hair Extensions ranges from: 1350 - 2250
Three Rows of Customized Hair Extensions ranges from: 1350 – 2600
ADD on mini row of customized Hair Extensions ranges from: 300-550
*Your specific price quote will be based on your hair needs and goals and will be provided to you in an email after your consultation.

Hair Extensions Maintenance -

Maintenance appointments range between 5 to 9 weeks depending on your natural hair and lifestyle. You can expect to invest in new hair extensions every 6-18 months depending on your home care routine and lifestyle.

I will guide you during your consultation on how much time and cost will go into each maintenance appointment.

** Rescheduling Appointments **

If you choose to cancel/reschedule your appointment within less than 72 hours of your service there will be a $100 fee added to your next appointment total if not paid beforehand.

If you choose to cancel/reschedule your appointment within less than 48 hours of your service there will be a $175 fee added to your next appointment total if not paid beforehand.

If you cancel/reschedule on the day of your service, you will be liable for 50% of the appointment total in order to book any future appointments.

If you cancel or no-show your new hair install less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, you will need to place a new appointment retainer to schedule another appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I may have to reduce a part of your service.

Please come to your appointments solo so that I can provide you with the best service possible.

There are no refunds on any services rendered. However, it is very important to me that my clients leave happy. If there is any part of your service you are unsatisfied with, please bring it to my attention on the day of your appointment so that I can make adjustments

Please provide your signature to show that you agree to all salon polices and view them to be fair and necessary to maintain a successful business.

Once I have recieved your completed intake form I will reach out to you via the email you provided within 48 hrs in order to set up a consultation.
