For Knowledge & Case Studies Exam already scheduled with Meazure Learning (formerly Scantron), there is a $50 rescheduling or cancellation fee which candidate must pay. CASLI will verify this with Mezure Learning (Scantron) prior to processing the refund request.*

CASLI will be happy to assist you with the refund request. Please allow CASLI up to 10 business days to review your refund request form and contact you with an update on your refund request.

Candidates can request a refund as long as the exam purchase is within ONE year from the date the exam was originally purchased.

Please be advised that there is a $25 processing fee for any refund request. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

IF you have an exam scheduled exam appointment with Meazure Learning (Scantron) and did not contact them to pay the $50 reschudling / cancellation fee, then CASLI will deduct additional $50 from the refund to cover Meazure Learning's $50 fee.

Once refund request are approved, please allow up to two weeks to process your refund.
