    Use this form to request space for large venues at Main Library and all locations' outdoor space.
  • The McMaster Family Center for Lifelong Learning offers theater style seating for up to 225 with desks and power at each seat. The McMaster Lobby serves as the entryway for McMaster Center and is ideal for pre-event receptions, networking and more. 

    The Large Glass Community Room is an open space with rolling furniture that can be endlessly arranged to suit your needs. This room is commonly configured in theater style (up to 200) or classroom (108.)

    The Annex is an open extension of the Large Glass Community Room, ideal for lunches and other gatherings that don't require closed-door privacy from public spaces. 

    Exterior spaces at all Library locations are generally not available to outside organizations for use. Organizations are welcome to submit a request for review. 

    The Library is not available to rent for organization fundraising or donor cultivation events, weddings, reunions, parties, or other social activities.
