overall silhouette shape - I have offered some suggestions, consider some other options that appeal to your personal style preference ie short , midi, full on sides , empire waist, asymmetrical one side to the other, high front low back , longer sides. Often expressing what you don't want is a good place to begin discussing what you do want.
hemline- if you have a preference to say pointed or not pointed, equal flow, asymmetric flow, lots of variety in lengths and fabrics. Again mentioning what you don't want is a good place to start with discussing what you do want.
flow- perhaps you covered this already? Flow to me is where your re-fashion design directs and expresses volume and drape. It can be area/areas where fabric panels meet and gather into lovely horizontal rested folds then full out with swaying billowy layers with movement or say in the wind. I don't suggest flow meet in the middle front, that tends to get tangled between the legs during walking, off center is pleasant or a gradual high in front lowering in back or high one side to lower other. Consider how the add on panels meet in the back, ie: asymmetric side or near middle. It has been suggested "I have full hips and don't want any more emphasis there", "I like a nice a simple silhouette with a flirty hemline". Really there are a multitude of combinations to reimagine, think it through you are totally free to run with it however your style sense leads you.
