E9. Unauthorized long distance call using the company's telephone system, mobile phone, fax machine, photocopier, scanner, etc.

Violation Group F: Serious Misbehavior

F1. Falsification of records, invoices, or furnishing false information or committing any such acts with or without deliberate intent to defraud the company or other parties of cash, materials and stocks.
