The following agreement between the player listed and the sponsor listed is for the financial support towards the playing fees, or costs associated with competing for the Adelaide University Hockey Club for the current financial season. The sponsored amount is up to the discretion of the sponsor with the Adelaide University Hockey Club to invoice the sponsor for the total amount listed in this agreement if the sponsorship is for a contribution of fees. If the sponsorship is a uniform/equipment contribution, the arrangement of payment shall be coordinated between the sponsorship coordinator on behalf of the player, and the sponsor.

Sponsorship Level (Contribution of Club Fees)

As part of this agreement the Adelaide University Hockey Club will send an invoice to the nominated email address in this sponsorship agreement. All fees must be paid within the timeframe listed on the invoice. If payment is not made in this time, the invoice will be reissued to the above stated players name and it will become the responsibility of the player to ensure all outstanding fees have been paid.

Sponsorship Level (Uniform/Equipment Contribution)

As part of this agreement the sponsorship coordinator, player and sponsor will communicate and determine an amount in which the sponsor will pay to assist with any uniform/playing equipment costs of competing for the Adelaide University Hockey Club. The method of payment will be communicated between the sponsorship coordinator, player and sponsor.

** The Hockey South Australia/Hockey Australia Registration fee is paid separately to the club fees and cannot be invoiced out. If your sponsorship is to cover this fee, a cash contribution will need to be made.
