A $50.00 deposit is required to confirm your ceremony date and time. Deposit is non-refundable.*

CANCELLATION POLICY - Once you have a ceremony booked with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. Please cancel 14 days prior to wedding date. Once I make a trip to the venue, full fee is due.*

CHANGE POLICY - Changes regarding date, time, or location will be subject to a $50.00 change fee. All changes are approved BASED ON AVAILABILITY. Changes must be submitted in writing or via email to notary.jp@karenqsmith.com.*
