Description and Disclaimers

This Enhancement will periodically update the email privacy setting to "members" throughout the day.

Keep in mind the following when considering the Email Privacy Enhancement:

If a user changes their email privacy setting it will be overridden the next time the privacy script runs
When a new user is added, the email privacy will be nobody until the next time the script runs that day

What happens now?
