At the Gapin Institute, we recognize how important communication is when it comes to truly understanding you and providing high quality healthcare. For that reason, we ask all of our clients to complete a brief assessment to best understand how to best communicate with you.

In order to determine your DISC Communication Style, please respond to the following 10 word groups by selecting the word that is MOST like you, LEAST like you, and IN BETWEEN.

Assign 4 points to the word that is most like you, 3 points to the word that is like you, 2 points to the word that is somewhat like you, and 1 point to the word that is least like you.
