Are you a local artist or craftsperson? If so, we would love to have you participate in our Annual Park Festival. This event will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 10a-3p at Tawawa Park, 12 Tawawa Drive, Sidney, OH. There is a non-refundable $10 booth fee for those approved to participate. PLEASE ALLOW 7 days for a submission response from the event coordinator.

This event is being held in conjunction with the 9th Annual TAWAWA PARK CRUISE-IN hosted by The Shelby County Historical Society. This event will be held rain or shine. The $10 fee is to help cover expenses for the free Kids Craft Station and is nonrefundable.
The location of this event will be off of walking trail behind Geib Pavilion into the park. Our Goal is to highlight, feature and give exposure to local, small businesses in the community during this wonderful and highly popular park celebration.

Sign up early! In an attempt to have a diverse assortment of vendors, we will try not to duplicate the types of vendors that sign up. This will ensure that you will have the most successful experience. Once you have been accepted to this event, setup information will be sent ONE WEEK before the event.

Food Truck - Please indicate the amount of space you will need below. Please note you will be parking INSIDE the park on the grass between trees. If you cannot maneuver your truck in these conditions, this isn't the venue for you!!!!!!!!!! We would be glad to show you the area in advance if you are unsure.

Once you have the invoice, you will have one week to pay, or your spot will go to someone else. This is to insure everyone will get a fair chance to participate.
