Policies:
Please allow 72 hours for responses. Please do not submit multiple forms for the same tattoo/appointment. Doing so will only set you further down the list in which I respond to inquiries.
A $50 deposit is required to hold the appointment when it is booked. Deposits come off the total the day of the appointment. For large scale projects needing multiple sessions, the deposit fee is $100 and will be deducted from the last session of your project.
Deposits are nontransferrable, non-refundable, and a minimum 48 hour notice is required to reschedule the appointment without forfeiting the deposit. No call-no shows result an automatic forfeiture of deposit. One reschedule (with 48 hour notice) will be allowed before deposit(s) will be forefitted, and therefore not deducted from the final total.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment may result in a reschedule and/or loss of deposit at artists descrection and available time.
Significant changes to design may result in a reschedule of the appointment
Pricing- Hourly rate: $150/hour. Minimum rate: $80.
Minimum rate and hourly rate are non-negotiable.
