I agree that if my Debit Order return unpaid a R150 Admin Fee will be charged. If I return my debit order, a R200 Admin fee will be charged and a new bank mandate will have to be completed as per Bank requirement. All outstanding fees are payable before my account will be set to active
I agree an understand one Full Calendar month notice for cancellations (Not 30 days). Cancellations should be sent to accounts@c-way.co.za or cancel@c-way.co.za
I understand and agree that C-Way does not allow cursing or threatening behaviour towards their Staff at any time, or diminishing the image of the C-Way brand on Social Media.
I understand and agree, Internet Services are a collective effort from many role players working together and 24/7/365 days service rendering cannot be warranted. I understand that C-Way cannot be held responsible for outages in isolation from other role players.
I agree and understand that if I choose the "Free Installation" option, the equipment remains the property of C-Way. Should we not be able to retrieve our equipment after cancellation, I will be invoiced for the Retail price of the equipment.
I consent to C-WAY COMPUTERS carrying out a credit check on me at any applicable credit bureau and may make the provision of the Goods or Services dependent on its satisfaction with the results.
I understand that C-Way charge a R250 non-refundable processing fee on all sign-ups. This fee is already included in the price I will pay at check-out.
