    • Smoke and Co2 Alarms 

      From 1st October 2022, new rules came into force for Landlords renting in England. Landlords and their agents must ensure these devises meet strict standards, are working and correctly positioned.  All properties must be assessed and have the correct alarms in place before the tenant moves in.  

      • Smoke Alarms Detect Smoke in a fire.
      • Co2 Alarms detect carbon monoxide and must be fitted within 1m of an appliance with a flame including open fires and solid fuel stoves/burners.
