By signing this agreement both my parent(s) and I agree to the following:
● I am a legally licensed driver.
● I have valid insurance for my car.
● I will abide by all posted speed limits inside & outside of the school property.
● I will not drive in a reckless manner and will yield to pedestrians.
● I will park only in my assigned space. (If my space is occupied, I will park in the visitor parking & notify the office immediately.)
● I will not be driving any non-related students in my car, unless there is “Parental Acknowledgement Waiver” on file at the school office.
● I will register all other vehicles that I drive with the office. (no additional fees are required).
● I will pay the annual fee of $50 to be billed to my FACTS Financial Account.
● I understand that spaces are assigned after receiving this completed form.
● I understand that if reported driving recklessly, I may lose my parking privileges.
