If you plan for your troop to meet on a GSWCF camp property this year, you MUST read this document and select that you understand and will abide by all the requirements for health and safety.
All adults at the meeting on GSWCF property must complete a background screening and be a registered member of Girl Scouts.
All Girl Scout members who wish to participate in Girl Scout activities must complete and submit a COVID19 Waiver, Troop leader must keep accurate attendance records for all meetings and activities. Troop Leader must have waivers as well as health & permission paperwork readily avalible at every meeting.
If you have TAGS at your troop meetings you must have TAG insurance
Troop should have first aid supplies on hand, this should including items like hand sanitizer (at least 60% alcohol), tissues, disposable facemasks, and cleaning disinfectants. Trash baskets or bags should be supplied for meeting and activity spaces. Make sure that the trash baskets (or bags) are easily accessible for girls. Disposable or no-contact thermometers may be added to supplies if available and not cost-prohibitive, however, parents should be checking temperatures and allowing their girl(s) to join group activities only when temperatures are normal.
