Deployment dates are based on a computer already present in inventory. If a new computer needs to be purchased, the deployment process begins when the computer arrives at Parachute HQ.
Any applicable New Computer Setup fee, as outlined in your MSA, may be invoiced separately.

New Desktop/Laptop request:- new computer requests will trigger a quote creation from our procurement department.- new computers must be received by our deployment department before being scheduled for the deployment build.
Urgent/Critical:Parachute reserves the right to change Urgent and Critical deployment types due to issues beyond their control, such as software, hardware, vendor, or other resource issues.
Critical deploymentsThe form must be filled out by Noon for shipment to go out by the next business day

Prerequisites for Eridan: The computer must be running a "Professional" version of Windows and unboxed and set up to the point that the desktop can be reached and our RMM agent installed for the remaining configuration work to be completed remotely over the internet. Please turn off sleep/hibernation in Windows options to ensure that the computer is available at all times.
